Tuesday Tai Chi

Learn Tai Chi with the Australian Academy of Tai Chi & Qigong; every Tuesday night 7:00pm – 8:00pm; Tai Chi is a recreational fitness system of flowing movements designed to exercise and develop the mind and the body in unison. Tai Chi will help you to improve your flexibility & mobility in joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles, reduce stress levels, increase blood circulation and relaxation.

This class is a Beginners class, it is suitable for everyone.
